Eligible Elite-tier distributors may split their payment into two parts: an upfront deposit paid before goods are released, and a balance due within an agreed period after delivery. This facility is a privilege, not a right — it is offered at GREAT's sole discretion and can be withdrawn at any time.
1 Eligibility
The partial credit facility is available only to distributors who meet all of the following conditions at the time of each order:
- You are registered as an Elite-tier distributor (minimum order of 100 cartons per transaction).
- You have completed at least one fully paid prior order with GREAT Insects Killer before a credit order is processed.
- Your account has no outstanding balances from previous orders.
- Your identity has been verified via a valid government-issued ID submitted to and accepted by GREAT.
- You have provided a valid and reachable WhatsApp number and email address.
GREAT reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke credit eligibility without prior notice.
2 Payment Structure
The credit facility works as follows for each approved credit order:

The exact split and timeline for each order will be agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) between the distributor and the GREAT sales team before goods are prepared. No goods will be released until the upfront deposit is confirmed received.
3 Applicable Products & Pricing
This credit facility applies only to the 600ml variant of GREAT Insects Killer at the Elite-tier price of ₦53,000 per carton (24 pieces).
The 300ml variant (₦40,000 per carton flat rate) is not eligible for the credit facility and must be paid in full before dispatch.
4 Balance Due Date & Late Payment
The balance payment must be received by GREAT no later than 14 calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery to the distributor's address or pickup location.
If the balance is not received by the due date, the distributor's account will be suspended from further credit orders until the outstanding amount is cleared in full. GREAT reserves the right to escalate recovery through appropriate legal or commercial channels.
Interest or penalty fees may be applied at GREAT's discretion for balances outstanding beyond 21 days. Any fees will be communicated in writing before they are applied.
5 Documentation Required
To be approved for the credit facility, the distributor must provide:
- A completed Distributor Credit Application (provided by GREAT on request via WhatsApp or email).
- A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, Driver's Licence, Voter's Card, or International Passport).
- A guarantor form signed by one other individual who agrees to be responsible for the outstanding balance in the event of default. The guarantor must also provide a valid ID.
- Proof of first fully-paid prior order (receipt or bank transfer confirmation).
All documents must be submitted and verified before the first credit order is approved. Subsequent credit orders may proceed without re-submission unless GREAT requests updated documents.
6 Withdrawal of the Credit Facility
GREAT Insects Killer may suspend or permanently withdraw the credit facility from a distributor for any of the following reasons, without prior notice:
- Any outstanding balance not cleared by the due date.
- Provision of false or misleading information during the application process.
- A pattern of delayed payments across two or more orders.
- Conduct that is harmful to the reputation or business of GREAT Insects Killer.
- The distributor's account being inactive for more than 90 days.
- GREAT's internal risk assessment or business decision at any time.
7 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to the credit facility — including but not limited to the amount owed, delivery confirmation, or balance due date — should first be raised directly with the GREAT sales team via WhatsApp (+234 707 403 1845) or email (homecaregreat@gmail.com).
GREAT will acknowledge disputes within 3 business days and work towards a fair resolution. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to the Lagos State Multi-Door Courthouse or an agreed mediator before any legal proceedings are initiated.
8 Limitation of Liability
The distributor accepts that GREAT's sole obligation under this facility is to supply the agreed quantity of goods upon receipt of the deposit payment.
9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any unresolved legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
10 Amendments
GREAT Insects Killer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and communicated to active Elite distributors via WhatsApp. Continued participation in the credit facility after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
